We aim to provide a safe, supportive, comfortable and non-jugdamental place for our clients to feel free in sharing themselves whatever emotional, behavioural or personal difficulties they may be facing

Initial Assessment Session:

Our initial assessment is an opportunity for you and the therapist to meet, allowing you to explore and gain a better understanding of the therapeutic process.

Individual Session (daytime & evening):

Once the initial assessment is complete, individual sessions can be booked – tailored to meet your needs. We understand that schedules may be hectic and offer evening counselling sessions as well, in this case we will arrange a mutually convenient time and place.

Telephone Counselling Session:

We also offer telephone counselling services, suitable for clients who are unable to travel to our office in Leicester. Reach out to us via the Contact Is page to send us your contact details, including a telephone number, preferably a landline however, mobile is fine if you do not have access to a landline. We will then call you to arrange counselling at a mutually convenient time.
